Our guarantee
By providing a quality guarantee for Tupperware, we take on commitments and guarantee that all Tupperware products meet our high standards of quality.
All Tupperware products are designed with a focus on reducing plastic and food waste. By creating quality, durable, and reusable products that can stand the test of time, we support our mission to reduce waste for the sustainability of our planet, our people, and the communities in which we live and work.
Tupperware products come with a legal guarantee of compliance and a warranty against defects in sold goods according to the legislation of the countries in which the products are purchased. (According to the laws of Latvia - 2 years).
All Tupperware products come with an exchange warranty in case of defects that are manufacturing defects (poor manufacturing or use of poor-quality materials). This means that the buyer can always exchange a defective product by contacting their Tupperware consultant. Quality guarantees do not cover products that show signs of normal wear and tear or damage caused by failure to follow user manual instructions, but which are not a result of manufacturing defects or the use of poor-quality materials in manufacturing.
If you have lost a lid or other parts of your Tupperware product, or one of your products has been damaged after coming into contact, for example, with an open flame, hot stove, hot grease, or sharp objects, you can contact your consultant and almost always buy spare parts in available colors from them.
This way, you will get the most enjoyment from your Tupperware product
Tupperware is synonymous with high quality. All Tupperware products come with an exchange warranty in case of defects that are a result of manufacturing defects (poor manufacturing or use of poor-quality materials). This means that you can always exchange a poor-quality product by contacting your Tupperware Consultant/distributor.
If you want your products to always look as good as new:
- Glass products retain better when washed by hand.
- Products should not come into contact with heating elements if you wash them in the dishwasher.
- Always wash knives by hand.
- Do not allow products to come into contact with sharp objects or hot grease.
- Use only those products that are suitable for microwave use in the microwave.
- Before removing the lid and taking contents from a container just taken out of the freezer, let it "acclimatize" at room temperature for a couple of minutes.
- Certain food items such as tomatoes, carrots, and curry can cause discoloration of products. Therefore, always rinse the container with cold water before washing it in hot water.
- Containers that have absorbed odors from the food stored in them can be placed in the freezer for a while until the smell disappears.
