Right of withdrawal

According to Chapter 4 of the Consumer Rights Directive (see Law No. 1457 of December 17, 2013), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason within 14 days.

Withdrawal Period
The 14-day withdrawal period is calculated from the day you physically receive the purchased goods. For example, if you received the purchased item on Monday, the 1st, you have until Monday, the 15th, to withdraw from it. If the deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, it ends on the next working day following that holiday.

How to withdraw from the contract?
Before the end of the withdrawal period, you must inform SIA “TWRIGA” that you are withdrawing from this contract. The information must be expressed in the form of an unambiguous declaration, e.g., by using the standard withdrawal form (issued by SIA “TWRIGA” upon request) or in a free format by sending a request to twriga@gmail.com. The withdrawal period is considered respected if the notification is sent before the end of the withdrawal period.

What to do with the received goods?
If you have received a product or part of a product, it is your duty to return the received item. The goods must be sent back without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of the date when you informed us about the exercise of the right of withdrawal. You must bear the costs related to the return of the goods. The returned goods must not show any signs of use, and it should be packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. 

Refund of payments made
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the date we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made no earlier than after the return of the received goods or if you have provided documents confirming the return of the goods. Unless we have agreed otherwise, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
