U Series Poultry Shears

Sharp serrations on the inner edges of the blades prevent food from slipping during the butchering process. These shears are suitable for preparing not only poultry but also fish and rabbit. They can also be used for household tasks, such as gardening—trimming young shoots, flowers, or dried grass—and easily cut through paper of various thicknesses.
To ensure a long service life, avoid using the shears to cut through large bones or metal objects, and do not use them to cut fabric.

Washing the shears in a dishwasher is not recommended.
