The 1.5L Microplus oval casserole dish is a versatile solution for cooking, storing, and reheating food. It is perfect for preparing potatoes, vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat; making soups, sauces, and custards; melting butter or chocolate; and even for quick baking.

It can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C*, making it ideal for safe use in a microwave oven.

*While the 1.5L Microplus oval casserole dish is heat-resistant up to 200°C, it must never be used in a conventional oven. The airtight lid is not intended for use in a microwave.

The airtight lid is designed for refrigerator storage: prepare your meals in advance and store them securely. Simply swap the storage lid for the cooking lid when you are ready to reheat or cook your food.

The included insert (trivet) reduces contact with water during steaming.
